Chef Ted, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University School of Culinary Arts, winner of the coveted Cordon Bleu'.  Before becoming the Chef/Owner of Old Erie, Chef has produced epicurean delights at the Boar's Head Inn in Charlottesville, Wintergreen Resort and Rosalie's Cucina in Skaneateles, NY.  Chef's wife, Beth, prepares all of the desserts and baking for the restaurant and the off site catering.
